Taller ONLINE (español) / Sábado 10 de enero
Pulpa & Papel
El objetivo de este taller es ayudar a las personas a desarrollar su propio lenguaje a través de diferentes técnicas y ejercicios. Es un lugar ideal para descubrir todas las opciones que ofrece el papel. Vamos a hacer pruebas con pulpa, agua, moldes de espuma y otras opciones para crear volumen y textura.
El taller será ONLINE, por Zoom y tendrá una duración de dos horas, durante las cuales compartiré mis ideas, metodología de trabajo y de cómo hacer para montar un taller en tu casa.
Para el día del encuentro vas a necesitar tener a mano algunos materiales, Te voy a enviar una lista por correo electrónico . No se necesita experiencia previa.

NEW WORKSHOP: Collage. Tissue & Crumpling Paper techniques.

The aim this workshop is to give you a full understanding of the potential of working with the thinnest papers on the market.
Tissue paper, for example, is extremely thin and can be difficult to work with because it tears easily. In this workshop, I will explain why it is one of my favourite types of paper.
You will learn techniques such as waxing, folding and crumpling. You will discover how versatile, flexible, and expressive very thin paper can be if you learn how to handle it correctly.
For 3 hours, we will do collage exercises, experimenting with different glues and materials to create and work with overlays, layers, and transparencies. We will also explore how to create volume using techniques such as folding and crumpling. This is an opportunity to explore, experiment, and look at thin papers with new eyes.
All materials are included, and no previous experience is necessary.

Saturday, January, 24. 1 to 4 PM
NEW WORKSHOP: Folding & Waxing paper techniques.
In this workshop, we will start with a simple sheet and explore how it can be transformed into a 3D form. We will review the basic concepts of folding to understand this process.
We will also explore how to prepare and strengthen paper using glues and hardeners to give it more structure and rigidity. Additionally, we will work with the encaustic technique, which involves using wax to create transparencies and soft textures, making the paper easier to manipulate.
This workshop is an exploration of form, experimentation and new possibilities with paper.
No previous experience is necessary and all materials are included.
